Returns

We make every effort to ensure that our products meet your expectations. However, if you wish to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

For the return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags and packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) and a return form must be included in the package.

Note: Returns apply only to orders placed through the online store gant.pl.

Non-returnable products:

  • Underwear

How to return a product:

  • InPost Parcel Lockers: Register your return at www.SzybkieZwroty.pl, wait for approval, and drop off the package using the provided return code.
  • Szybka Paczka: Use the return label included with your order or contact our customer service to receive one. Find the nearest drop-off point at www.szybkapaczka.pl.

Note:

  • If you choose a shipping method not specified in our return policy, you do so at your own risk.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost and the item in case of loss.
  • Keep the proof of shipment.

Refund:

After receiving and successfully inspecting the returned product, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Complaints

If the product is defective, you can file a complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase.

How to submit a complaint:

  • Include photos of the defect.
  • Fill out the complaint form.
  • Send the product with proof of purchase – we offer free courier pickup.
